Forklift oil bath air filters use oil and metal wire as the main filter materials. The working principle of the forklift oil bath air filter: when the air containing impurities passes through the oil pan, the impurities in the air are in contact with the oil and make it adhere to the oil film. So impurities wrapped in the oil film adhere to the metal wire.

Forklift oil bath filter is primary coarsely air filtration. The coarsely filtered air enters the main filter element (paper) of the filter and fine filtered. After two stage filtering, clean are enters the engine and mixing with fuel.

Forklift air filter is installed in front of the engine air inlet to filter impurities in the air. The forklift air filter can make the clean air mixed with fuel before entering the internal combustion chamber. Clean air is necessary for engine to burn the air-fuel mixture fully, reducing fuel consumption and exhaust emission.
